Meet our BSW Student!

Gabrielle Castilloux is a 4th year Bachelor of Social Work student from Carleton University. She is a queer, two-spirit Mi'kmaq Algonquin storyteller and currently resides in Ottawa, though originally comes from a plethora of locations in Quebec. She will be working on a lot of the research and policy frameworks at PPO as well as aiding Luna with Insight Theatre. Her passion is youth and empowering them and learning from them. Gabrielle joined PPO because she is super sex-positive and thinks sex is the best thing in her life. She is also pro-choice and a pro-women feminist who avidly fights for women's rights. In her spare time, Gabrielle likes cooking gluten and lactose free foods while obnoxiously blasting indie music, singing atrociously while doing squats, longboarding, spending ridiculously long hours grocery shopping and reading queer erotica novels on public transit.
