From 9:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, trained staff and volunteers answer sexual and reproductive health questions over the phone and in person. If we can not help you directly, we will refer you to someone who will. All information is shared in an anonymous and non-judgmental manner to assist individuals in making informed decisions regarding sexual and reproductive health.
Planned Parenthood Ottawa does not offer medical/clinical services.
